Line Arcade is now available as a Universal Binary with optimized graphics, to run in full screen mode on all iPads, iPhones and iPod Touch.

Based on the popular game of 5-In-A-Row, Line Arcade promises hours of fun! The aim is to score as many points by forming lines of five or more balls of the same color in vertical, horizontal or diagonal formations.

The balls enter the main grid three at a time. You can see the next three balls at the top right entry grid. To make a move, tap the desired ball and then tap the destination square. A valid move is one where there is an open path, i.e. moving through adjacent vertical or horizontal squares (not diagonally) from the source to the destination square.

In any move, if 5 or more balls of the same color are formed vertically, diagonally or horizontally, then the entire formation is removed and the player’s score increases proportional to the number of balls removed. The 3 balls in the entry grid do not enter the main grid in such a case.

The game ends when no further moves are possible.
